Certification of Net Financial Obligation of Unit

Regional Transportation Authorities · Withdrawal of Territory from Authority; Dissolution

The executive committee shall certify to a withdrawn unit of election and to the comptroller the total financial obligation of the unit to the authority as determined under this subchapter.
