Texas Transportation Code § 521.311
Driver's Licenses and Certificates · General Provisions Relating to License Denial, Suspension, or Revocation
Except as provided by another section of this subchapter to the contrary, a decision under this subchapter takes effect on the 11th day after the date on which an order is rendered.
