Commercial Driver's Licenses · Disqualification from Driving Commercial Motor Vehicle
Section 521.344 of this code and Subchapter I, Chapter 42A, Code of Criminal Procedure, except Article 42A.409 of that subchapter, do not apply to a person disqualified under this chapter.
