Texas Utilities Code § 59.075
Preferred Rate Treatment Warranted
Infrastructure Plan · Infrastructure Commitment to Certain Entities
The classes of customers described by Section 59.072(a) warrant preferred rate treatment. However, a rate charged for a service must cover the service's long run incremental cost.
