Application Fee

Water Wells and Drilled or Mined Shafts · Drilled or Mined Shafts

With each application for a shaft permit, the commission shall collect a fee as set by the executive director to reasonably offset the costs to the commission for processing the application. The fee may not be less than $10,000.
