Texas Water Code § 49.501
Provisions Applicable to All Districts · Effect of Subdivision of Nonagricultural Land on Water Rights
In this subchapter, "municipal water supplier" means a municipality, a water supply corporation, or a special utility district converted from a water supply corporation.
