Qualification of Temporary Directors

Municipal Utility Districts · Creation or Expansion of District; Conversion of District

After a district has been organized, each temporary director shall execute a bond in accordance with the provisions of Section 49.055 and shall take the oath of office, and the board shall meet and organize.
