Texas Human Resources Code § 161.003
Department of Aging and Disability Services · General Provisions
Unless the commission is continued in existence as provided by Chapter 325, Government Code, after the review required by Section 523.0003, Government Code, this chapter expires on the date the commission is abolished under that section.
