Texas Human Resources Code § 48.302
Approval of Rules
Investigations and Protective Services for Elderly Persons and Persons with Disabilities · Investigations in Certain Facilities
The executive commissioner shall review and approve the rules required by Section 48.301(c) to ensure that all agencies implement appropriate standards for the conduct of investigations and that uniformity exists among agencies in the investigation and resolution of reports.
