Memorandum of Understanding

Investigations and Protective Services for Elderly Persons and Persons with Disabilities · Investigations in Certain Facilities

(a) The department shall enter into a memorandum of understanding with each state agency that operates, licenses, certifies, or registers a facility in which elderly persons or persons with disabilities are located that clarifies each agency's responsibility under this chapter.

(b) Not later than the last month of each state fiscal year, the department and the other agencies shall review and update the memorandum.
