Emergency Order under Section

Texas Commission on Environmental Quality · Emergency and Temporary Orders

401.056, HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE. The commission may issue an emergency order under Section 401.056, Health and Safety Code, in the manner provided by this subchapter.
